Bruce partners with Dayton in showing properties to clients. He has extraordinary skills in negotiating contracts. His attention to detail and determination are all key means in helping families turn their goals into a reality. He finds matching clients with their dream home is both rewarding and challenging.

As an added service to his clients, he holds two designations; Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR) and Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS).  In addition to his Texas licensure, Bruce is also licensed in the State of Louisiana.

Lyle knows how to get the job done. He partners with Dayton in showing properties to clients. He is both a skilled negotiator and an expert facilitator.

Lyle is a licensed real estate agent since 1987 and has a BSAG in Pre-Vet Medicine from Texas State University. With over 20 years in real estate, premier service has been his bench mark. He has negotiated for several San Antonio Spurs and
Bank REO portfolio management.

His background includes extensive experience in marketing, sales, credit improvement, financing, strategic pricing and land development. From formal education to networking and industry awards, his achievements include: Rookie of the Year with ERA Realty, Winners Circle Southwestern US for 7 years, Hall of Fame KB Home, MAIME Award recipient 2001, 2002, and former Vice President for KB & Longford Homes

Lorenia coordinates the detailed process of setting appointments for Dayton and preparing our clients with a detailed market analysis and estimated net sheets for their listing appointment. She then inputs our client’s home into the Multiple Listing System (MLS) and stays in direct contact with our clients regarding any updates on showings, market conditions and/or offers.

Lorenia initiates the administrative systems within the Schrader Group to ensure that both the buyer and seller’s closings stay on track. She works closely with our clients, keeping them informed throughout the process to help ensure a successful transaction. From the time of the offer to attending client’s escrow closing and beyond the move in, she is available to help the client stay on course.

Prior to joining The Schrader Group, Lorenia spent 6 years as Director of Public Relations and Media at Dif Estatal, San Luis Potosi. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French. Lorenia holds a B.S. in Marketing degree from ITESM Monterrey.

Denae develops and maintains the Schrader Group’s websites and helps with facilitating innovative ways to market our clients’ homes using various social media and cutting edge solutions. She works diligently to continuously promote our clients’ homes through a broad range of marketing outlets, proven repeatedly to help expedite the sale of our clients’ homes.

Prior to joining the Schrader Group, she spent 4 years as Media Director for an Investor Relations firm and 2 years as a contract Graphic Designer & Branding Specialist.  She is a graduate of the University of Houston holding a B.S. degree in Communication.
